A Chinese wonder - OPPO's Android based Find 3 handset

Developing feature rich, power packed mobile handsets isn’t a big deal for Mobile handset manufacturers like Samsung, Apple and Nokia etc. As their handsets invade the market, we can still see a number of mobile handsets from smaller manufacturers surviving. Mobile phones running in Google’s world famous Android operating system are the new trend nowadays, with the demand for Android OS increasing at a rapid rate.

Even with all the cool technologies and Android powering the device, Mobile phone manufacturers like Samsung, Nokia, and Apple etc face tough competition in certain countries, especially China. It is quite known that there are numerous regional Mobile handset manufacturers in China, and the handsets they come up with sometimes more than meets the eyes. These handsets still give the Mobile manufacturing giants a run for their money.

A regional Chinese handset manufacturer, OPPO, released a sleek smartphone in China. The smartphone, named OPPO Find 3, runs in Android operating system. In such tight competitions, a good design can give one handset an edge.

The more appealing the design, the more will be demand to know the particular handset’s specifications and features. This explains why OPPO Find 3 looks brilliant. With a form factor similar to iPhone 4, the OPPO Find 3 is a lot slimmer.

A lot of mobile handsets are showing up with Android operating system, which brings us doubts that such handsets are almost similar, only varying in the specifications criteria. OPPO Find 3 apparently, comes with a different, OPPO’s own unique User Interface. This would obviously make Find 3, a bit different from other Android handsets.

Powered by Android v2.3 Gingerbread Operating system, OPPO Find 3 comes under the category of low-cost smartphones, as OPPO is pretty famous for their ventures in manufacturing low-cost TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray players etc, before taking a shot in the smartphone market.

With the custom User Interface overlay, OPPO Find 3’s 4 inch display screen is a pretty great eye candy. OPPO Find 3 is nothing less than a powerhouse, being equipped with a powerful dual core Central Processing Unit of 1.5 GHz clockspeed. Apart from the processor, this smartphone has a RAM capacity of 1 GB, which obviously makes it a pretty fast performer.

OPPO Find 3, is somewhat a parallel Universe version of iPhone 4S apparently, as apart from the form factor and size, the primary camera specifications in Find 3 is also similar to that of iPhone 4S. With an 8 Megapixel primary camera, Find 3 offers great image and video quality. Its 2 Megapixel secondary camera offers video conferencing support. As of yet, it isn’t sure if OPPO Find 3 will go out for sale anywhere else other than China and the price of Find 3 are not yet confirmed.
