With the motive to enrich the Indian smartphone market with a low-priced KitkAt powered device, Adcom has today launched its latest device called - the Adcom KitKat A40. Running on the latest Android version 4.4.2 KitKat, the new smartphone comes at the price of Rs 2,999, although the company mentions that the MRP of the device is 4,500.
Adcom KitKat A40 can be bought in two color variants - Black and White color variant. The company will also be offering a Screen guard and back cover worth Rs. 399 absolutely free with the purchase of the smartphone. The Budget Smartphone shall soon be available at all the leading retail stores & online portals.
Adcom KitKat A40: key Specification
The latest Adcom KitKat A40 comes packed with a 4 inch display offering a WVGA resolution of 800x480 pixels. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor paired with 256MB of RAM and as the name suggests the smartphone runs on Android KitKat 4.4 OS.
The dual-SIM device sports 2MP rear camera with a LED flash and a 1.3MP front facing shooter.
The phone houses 512 MB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 64 GB via a micro SD card.
In the connectivity segment, the new offering from ADCOM provides 3G support along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE and GPRS. The 3D Gravity and Proximity Sensors comes across as striking features in this budget smart phone. Further, the A40 also packs a 1650mAh battery, making the device work longer hours.
