iPhone 5 was apparently conceived and designed during the era of late Steve Jobs. The year 2013 could bring Apple back in vogue with its iPhone lineup. Until now, the Cupertino-based giant used to sell only one model of iPhone. With cheaper model of iPhone coming this fall, it should make Apple competent enough to sell few more devices than Samsung. Sources close to The Wall Street Journal believe that Apple is all set to begin production of iPhone 5S shortly. Tim Cook managed tech firm will likely to announce the newer version this summer.
As per the report, there would be no incremental changes in the sequel to iPhone 5. However, the next-gen device will flaunt better beefed up internals like processor, and better camera fitted inside. The makers behind iPad are also working hard to make sure the newer version of iOS would help to break growing coziness of Android among users. Apple is expected to reveal iOS 7 at Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) this June.
It is speculated that Jony Ive, VP at Apple’s Industrial design, is personally looking after iOS 7 development. Many analysts believe that Apple iPhone 5S should be out this July with latest iOS 7. The iPhone 5 was revealed on September 12, 2012. WSJ also made clear that the buzz surrounding Apple’s affordable iPhone is somewhat true. The cheap iPhone will have a 4-inch display similar to current generation iPhone 5. In the past also Apple has come up with colorful body covers for iPods, so expect same shells to be used to glorify ultra-affordable iPhone. The tech giant is targeting India and Chinese market to sell millions of affordable iPhone later this year.
The rise of Samsung should be the sole reason why Apple is coming with low end device to cater millions of consumer. Currently, the iPhone 5 is available in the Indian market for whooping Rs.45, 500, which is quite expensive in terms of an average Indian earns in a month. The recent success of Apple in India indicates that the company is now taking India, a serious market to do business.
Budget iPhone, if arrives in India would surely bring cheers on million faces. It is largely believed that low on budget iPhone will be crafted with colorful plastic shells. The design of the cheap iPhone can be linked with Apple’s iconic iMac 3 curvy transparent back. Concept artists Nickolay Lamm and Matteo Gianni have come up with their own version of ultra-affordable iPhone. The device will be made from bright plastic.
