Much has been said and written about the Apple iPhone 6 already. Off late, alleged iPhone 6 dummy units have been all over the internet, and now, the latest pictures claiming to show the phone's rear-back panel have been revealed maintaining consistentency with previous rumors.

The much-talked about Apple iPhone 6 is back in the news. The new pictures claimed to have arrived from Apple's next-gen iPhone was first featured on Sunday by Nowhereelse.fr.

Like previous rumors, it seems that the upcoming Apple-made handset will be crafted out of metal. The alleged images show the rear back panel from multiple angles. One of the images show elongated volume buttons and a mute switch on the left side of the device, while a SIM card slot is found on the right side.

Furthermore, it is suspected that Apple could be planning to either improve on or abandon the "True Tone" flash it introduced with the iPhone 5s.

Meanwhile, in a different report, Venture Beat claims the new iPhone 6 will feature NFC, wireless charging, better 4G antenna, and a much bigger screen.

The iPhone 6 is expected to come in two screen sizes: one with a 4.7-inch, and the other with the 5.5-inch. Rumor has it that the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 model might get launched later this year or next year possibly, whereas the 4.7-inch variant is tipped for August launch. And of course new iPhones will run on iOS 8.
