Computer hardware company Asus, which tasted their success in its Zenfone series is reportedly working on other spectacular devices. Another smartphone which the company plans to launch dubbed as Asus X002, has been spotted in both TENAA and GFXBench. According to Chinese regulator TENAA, Asus X002 might sport 5-inch display with 720pixels and 64-bit quad-core processor.
If reports turns out to be true, the Asus X002 will have 1.5GHz quad-core processor with MediaTek MT6732 chipset with cortex A-53 cores, Mali-T760 GPU, Android 4.4.4 KitKat, 8MP front camera flanked with LED which is speculated to be capturing 2160p videos, 5MP front camera and also an internal storage of up to 8GB along with expandable slot.
However, the specification about the RAM is sketchy as TENAA reports just 1GB, while GFX says 2GB, which reminds of its A500KL from its Zenfone series. As per TENAA listing Asus X002 is said to come in the dimensions of 9.9mm thick and might weigh around 140g.
