The Canada-based smartphone maker is striving really hard, to compete in the smartphone market. Initially, Blackberry Classic was released, and also offered buy-back offer for the BlackBerry Bold owners. Now, the company informed, it is extending the exchange on all of its models.
BlackBerry Classic is available on e-retail store Snapdeal, and can be bought for a discounted price, in case of exchanging your BlackBerry smartphone. Anyhow, it has fixed prices for various models.
During the exchange, BlackBerry Bold 4 9900, Bold 5 9790 variant has a fixed price of Rs. 4,500, while the Bold 1 9000, Bold 2 9700 and Bold 3 9780 has Rs. 2,500 fixed. Meanwhile, other Models will have price money up to Rs. 2,000.
Moreover, to lure customers attraction, e-retailer is offering first 1,000 buyers of classic with limited offer of Gift Voucher worth Rs. 10,000 from Yatra.com. Now on online, Classic is selling for Rs. 31,990, which on discount, will get price cut of Rs. 2,000. Anyhow, the buyback amount will not be discounted from the original price, but will be credited directly to the customers bank account after verification.
BlackBerry Classic - Key Specifications
The Classic sports a 3.5-inch square shaped screen and has a full keyboard. It also comes with an 8MP rear-facing camera and a 2MP front-facing shooter for video conferencing. Under the hood a 1.5GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and microSD card support up to 128GB.
Unlike other BlackBerry handsets, the Classic's battery is non-removable. It has a 2515 mAh battery, BlackBerry says it will provide up to 17.2 hours of GSM talk time.
Moreover, the Classic is an LTE-enabled phone. The device also supports NFC and Wi-Fi connectivity. It runs on the BlackBerry 10.3.1 OS, Similar to the BlackBerry Passport.
