Canada-based BlackBerry may not have seen its expected success in the smartphone domain in recent times - mostly due to the likes of Samsung and Apple grabbing most of the market - but that hasn't stopped the company from continuing to release BlackBerry-branded smartphones in the market. And one such device from the company is the previously pushed out BlackBerry Z10.
Although the company has already unveiled two of its latest devices at the Mobile World Congress 2014, in Barcelona, Spain, BlackBerry hasn't been enjoying the best of business. So far the company was maintaining its status via BBM app which BlackBerry made available for both Android and iOS devices last year. Also the app will be coming soon in the Windows Phone platform.
The BlackBerry Z10 comes with a 4.2-inch display having a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixel. It is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM along with a MicroSD card slot that supports up to 32GB of additional storage. The device runs on the latest BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2.1. There's also an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front facing shooter.
Other connectivity options include: HDMI port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G and it is powered by a removable 1,800 mAh battery. Moreover, with the new OS you also have the option of side-loading any Android apps.
