Micromax Bolt A61 Gets Listed on Official Company Website
Micromax has already announced its plans about expanding their business in Europe and Russia. A few days ago the company released their latest affordable handset called the Canvas Juice A77 device in the market.

Now the company has listed its yet another device (probably in a low end section) which comes dubbed as Bolt A61 in its official website. The newbie device falls in the company's popular Bolt series and is available in Grey color.
Talking about the specs of the smartphone comes with a 4-inch capacitive touch display offering a resolution of 480x800 pixel. Powering the device is a 1GHz Spreadtrum Processor which is coupled with a 256MB of RAM. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System comes out of the box.

The Bolt A61 only has a 2MP rear camera with fixed focus and a front facing VGA camera for video calling. It only houses 512MB of internal storage capacity but is expandable up to 16GB with microSD card.
The best part of the handset is that it supports the 3G connectivity and also features a Dual SIM and Dual standby.
Connectivity options on the Bolt A61 include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS, EDGE and 3G. The smartphone also comes preloaded with apps such as Hike, Opera, Spuul, Game HUB, Kingsoft Office and M! Live.
The device comes with a 1500mAH battery giving the device up to 3.55 hours of talk time and 160 hours of standby time.
At the moment the company has not disclosed the price of the handset but the can be expected at the price lower than Rs. 6,000.
However, competition can be harsh for this device as the category is already filled with similar devices. Among all the devices, iBall Andi 4di, Karbonn A11+, Lava Iris 402, Micromax Bolt A67, Karbonn A9 star, Videocon A45 could be a potent rival to the upcoming Bolt A61 handset.
