Hyderabad based Celkon Mobiles has announced the launch of A119Q Signature HD, which is the successor of A119 Signature HD launched in March. The inclusion of Q in the name of the handset suggests that it is a powerful variant with a quad core processor on board. Celkon has priced the new offering at Rs 12,499, while its predecessor is priced at Rs 13,499.
When it comes to specifications, the A119Q Signature HD is almost similar to the earlier models, but it comes with a few exceptions including a quad core chip and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS.

A119Q Signature HD features a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, 1.2GHz quad core MediaTek MT6589 processor, Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal storage, micro SD card slot with up to 32GB support, 12MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, 3MP front camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and a 2,100mAh battery.

A119Q Signature HD is priced at Rs 12,499 and the company will be offering a free flip cover worth Rs 1,500 to the consumers.
Celkon A119Q Signature HD vs Karbonn S2 Titanium
On Monday, Karbonn has launched a quad core smartphone online at Rs 10,790. The handset dubbed as S2 Titanium comes with a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 854 x 480 pixel resolution, 1.2GHz quad core processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, 8MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, 2MP front camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and a 2,100mAh battery.
Analyzing the specifications, it is clear that the Celkon offering comes with a better display of higher pixel density, improved version of Android OS with advanced features and enhanced camera performance. At the same time, the Karbonn S2 Titanium will start selling from May 14 at a lesser price tag as compared to Celkon A119Q Signature HD.
