Celkon A354C Launched With Android KitKat for Rs 2,599
One of the India-based smartphone makers Celkon has recently launched its latest device called the A354C in the domestic market.
The KitKat powered handset that is being offered in Red, Black, White and Blue color option is priced at Rs. 2,599 and it is now available from HomeShop18.

This could possibly be the cheapest smartphone running KitKat OS so far. Previously, Celkon had launched the A35K, another cheapest Android KitKat Phone at just Rs. 2,999.

Celkon Campus A354C: Key Specifications
The Celkon Campus A354C comes with a 3.5-inch capacitive touch screen display offering a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. It is powered by a low-end 1 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 256MB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS.
The smartphone also features a 2MP rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing snapper. Although, these are not even average but at the given price it is quite reasonable.
Connectivity options include 2G (EDGE), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth with A2DP. Obviously, it is a Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) smartphone with Dual Standby.

Internal storage seats at 512MB, but it is expandable up to 32GB via micro SD card. The latest offering from Celkon is powered by a 1200 mAh battery.
Unfortunately, the new smartphone lacks 3G connectivity option, which makes it less competitive in the market which is filled with 3G enabled devices.
Celkon has been one of the major players when it comes to low-end smartphones. Moreover, the company official have promised to become the best smartphone supplier under the price range between Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 4,000.
