Sure we will always have the likes of Samsung, Apple and Sony sharing most of the limelight in the industry. But the way native handset makers have understood the market is also quite amazing.

But when we say Indian handset makers, we just don't mean one or two such names. In fact, the market is currently filled with names such as Micromax, Karbonn and Lava that are looking out for bigger things before the end of the current year.

Two new devices that have now come to the forefront are again from names such Micromax and Celkon. We are talking, of course, about the new Micromax-made Bolt A065 and the Celkon Campus A35K.

Micromax is already an established name in this business. The company is even reaping benefits from the market it has made for itself in Romania and Russia. Celkon, on the other hand, also has some decent handsets under its name.

So what are the basic specs differences between the Celkon Campus A35K and the Micromax Bolt A065? We take a closer look at the specs for both.

There's not much to choose from here since both the companies have opted for pushing out their respective handsets with Android KitKat. And the new Celkon Campus A35K and Micromax Bolt aren't any different.

The Celkon Campus A35K comes with a 3.5-inch TFT capacitive display with 320x480 pixels. Its dimensions are 119 x 63 x 10.7 mm and weighs in at 102g.

The Micromax Bolt A065, on the other hand, offers a 4-inch TFT LCD qHD display with 480x800 pixels.

In the camera department, the Celkon Campus A35K features a 3.15-megapixel camera with flash support. The device also has a secondary 0.3-megapixel camera on board.

The Micromax Bolt A065, in this instance, offers a lesser 2-megapixel primary camera with flash support. The device also has a secondary 0.3-megapixel camera on board.

The Celkon Campus A35K offers 256MB of RAM and 512MB on-board storage. Also, there's the option to expand the phone's memory up to another 32GB as an external microSD slot for additional memory has been given.

The Micromax Bolt A065, in this respect, offers 512MB of RAM with the device arriving in 4GB internal memory variant. Also, there's the option to expand the device's memory up to another 32GB as an external microSD slot for additional memory has been provided.

While the Celkon Campus A35K is equipped with a 1GHz CPU, the Micromax Bolt A065 comes with a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6571 processor.

As you may have seen already, both the handsets fall in the budget segment. And hence the kind of specs we are seeing here are easily justified. And again, there's not more to choose from in any of the aspects.

However, as far as picking a winner is concerned, we just have to go with the Micromax-made Bolt A065 with its slightly better specs as compared to the Celkon handset. However, a price tag for the Bolt A35K will be the final point of discussion.
