Celkon Campus A63 Launched at Rs 4,499 with Android 4.2: What About Competition?
Hyderabad based Indian mobile manufacturer Celkon has recently launched their latest smartphone in the Indian market. Apparently, the new smartphone falls in the company's Campus series and comes with a Campus A63 name.

Currently, the Indian smartphone market is witnessing an outburst of the budget friendly handsets. Moreover, the advent of Celkon Campus A63 again can added a itself in the same price range category.
Like the recent handset like Zync Cloud Z401 and Nokia Asha 501 and others, Campus A63 also comes at a price of Rs. 4,499 and will be available in the market beginning today itself.
Talking about the specs, Celkon Campus A63 comes with the trending 4-inch display offering a resolution of 480x800 pixels. The handset is powered by a dual-core processor clocked to 1.2GHz and there is a presence of 256MB RAM as well. Impressively, it runs on the on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
While others are coming with a bit older versions. The budget device comes packed with a 3.2MP rear camera along with the front facing VGA camera.
Apart from being a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) supported smartphone like other domestic devices, it also supports a regular connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, but lack 3G support.
Further, Celkon Campus A63 houses 512MB internal storage capacity which is again expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
At the end, the handset is powered by a 1500 mAh battery. The company has also included a free back cover in the box with every phone.
The story of Celkon doesn't end here but the manufacturer is also expected to launch more devices like A60, A20 and A10 add to its Campus series in the coming weeks.
Moreover, the competition will not be easy and Celkon Campus A63 will have to face the aggressive challenges from fellow domestic players.
