|

One of the growing Indian mobile phone manufacturer Celkon has launched their latest successor to the A107 Signature One called A107+ Signature One on Independence Day yesterday. However, as of now the device is listed under Coming Soon tag on the company's official website.

Moreover, there is hardly any difference between the previous A107 and A107+. There are minute upgrades like the front facing camera has been given a slight push to 1.3 MP from 0.3 and Android Jelly Bean has been added this time instead of Ice Cream Sandwich. Eventually, there is a difference in the ROM, the latest A107+ comes with the 4GB internal storage capacity while the A107 only housed 512.

Going into the details of the specs, here is a brief rundown on the specs of the A107+ smartphone.

Similar to the older variant, the latest Celkon A107+ sports a 5-inch capacitive touch screen display offering a WVGA resolution of 480×800 pixels.

There is a Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS running behind the system and to talk about the power of the handset, 1 GHz dual-core Processor coupled comes straight up to the highlight which strengthens the smartphone. However, there is a lesser 512MB RAM that comes coupled with the processor.

Moreover One can also find a standard 8MP auto focus camera with LED flash along with a 1.3MP front-facing VGA camera. As said earlier, this one is a bit upgraded part.

Connectivity option on A107+ Signature One is pretty regular, one can find a trending Dual SIM capability (GSM + GSM) with Dual Standby, other than this there is a 2G (EDGE), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Further, A107+ Signature One comes packed with the bumped internal storage capacity rated to 4GB nad comes with the microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB of storage capacity.

Eventually the latest phablet is powered by a 2100 mAh battery. The handset will be offered with a free Flip cover at Rs. 7,299.

Obviously, there is a tough competition waiting for Celkon's latest player A107+. Since there is more competition taking place with the domestic manufacturer, Celkon has to face its first battle from Micomax, Karbonn, iBall, Intex, among others.

More precisely, the handsets that are bound to jostle against A107+ are, Micromax Canvas Music A88, Karbonn Smart A26, Spice Stellar Virtuoso Pro Mi-491, Karbonn A30, Lava Iris 458q among others.

Here is a brief rundown on the specs of the aforementioned handsets followed by a conclusion in the last slide.
