After Maxx, its Celkon turn to unleash two new Android based handsets. The Celkon A9 +, is a low -end Android 4.0 ICS smartphone, and can be purchased for Rs. 3, 299. On the other hand, the company also announced Celkon A107 Signature One, a 5-inch mid-range handset. It will cost consumers Rs. 6,999, in the Indian market. Let's take a look at the specifications.
