Rumors surrounding Apple's iPhone 6 have been steering iOS fans to a different path of excitement. The company has already released the 7th version of the iOS last year and this year, as rumors have it, it's not much about a software innovation but a hardware exploration.
Now, the fresh images of the iPhone, supposedly the 6th generation of the device have appeared online. Adding more fuel to the outrageously curious Apple fans, these images come courtesy of the twitter user @mornray886.
The images reveal a somewhat iPhone 5S look-alike device alongside a minimal bezel finish on the front face. Also apparent are the fingerprint sensor which Apple prefers to call TouchID with rounded back-panel corners. Moreover, one can also see a massive difference in the thinness of the device. It looks like it is comparatively thinner that than the iPhone 5S.
Talking about the rumors, earlier this year the new iPhones were speculated to come in two variants, one which would measure 4.7 inches and the other at 5.5 inches. Other leaks have shown an extremely thin 6mm casing for the iPhone 6. Moreover, it was reportedly said via the sources close to the project that the next-gen iPhone will resemble a combination between the Apple iPad Air and the iPod touch.
It should also be noted that unlike Google's Nexus devices, Apple is not the one which combines the size of the device with its name. Thus, iPhone 6 won't be 6 inches big anytime soon.
Cupertino based smartphone maker Apple has not made any formal announcements regarding to the device as of now. Also the rumored 4.7 and 5.5 inches are yet to receive official confirmations but even if these sizes turn out to be an unrealistic guess, it will come with more than the conventional 4 inch size.
