Samsung unleashed the proud successor of Galaxy series Samsung Galaxy S5 at this year's MWC tech show and announced to launch it in 150 countries on April 11. Unlike west, where the device has already being made available for pre-order, the South Korean tech titan has not disclosed any information on the price of S5 for the Indian Sammy fans.
But now, it looks like GizBot has got a major clue, on the retail availability of Samsung Galaxy S5 in India.
Sources familiar with Samsung's Galaxy S5 India launch plans have revealed that the Galaxy S5 could be priced anywhere between Rs. 45,000 - Rs. 50,000 price range in the market. Apparently the sources have also disclosed that the phone is expected to be ready to ship across leading retailers in the country by April 15, 2014.
Plus the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be made available in Charcoal Black, Shimmery White and Cooper Gold but the availability of Electric Blue is not guaranteed.
While we still aren't exactly sure about Samsung plans; however, the suggested retail price told by our source seems to be logical.
Samsung Galaxy S5 To Priced on a Premium Side
Despite the previous rumors saying that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be offered at lower price than the Galaxy S4, it appears that this will not be the case as indicated by our source.
For the reminder, Samsung had recently slashed the retail price of the Galaxy S4 in India. Now, the phone is available across the country under Rs. 30,000.
