HTC, the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer has launched the HTC Desire 10 Pro in India at an event in Delhi. The company has priced the smartphone at Rs. 26,490 and will be available for purchase by 15 December. Alongside the Desire model, it has also launched another smartphone named HTC 10 Evo at the event.
The Desire 10 Pro is the company's high-end model in the Desire series and packs in some interesting features.

HTC has always impressed us with a premium design on its smartphones. And the HTC Desire 10 Pro is no exception. It features a full metal unibody design with the matte finish. The smartphone is available in a range of colours including Stone Black and Polar White.
5.5-inch Full HD Display
The smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display and has a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 technology to protect the screen from scratches.
MediaTek Helio P10 chipset, Android 6.0 Marshmallow
At the heart of the HTC Desire 10 Pro is a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor combined with Mali T860 GPU. In terms of memory, the smartphone packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB of RAM which is expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card.
It also has a fingerprint sensor at the back along with HTC BoomSound technology to provide good media playback experience. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS among others. A 3,000mAh battery provides the juice for the device.
On the software side of things, the smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box with a layer of HTC Sense UI atop.
20MP rear camera along with a 13MP selfie shooter
The smartphone sports a 20MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, dual LED flash, Laser Autofocus, and Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) for photography enthusiasts. At the front is a 13MP camera with the same f/2.2 aperture.

In terms of pricing, the smartphone will set you back by Rs. 26,490 and will be available for purchase in the country by mid-December i.e by December 15.
