Micromax just launched a Rs 4,999 smartphone with a 'loud speaker' inside

Desi handset maker, Micromax has launched its new budget smartphone in the Indian market, dubbed as Canvas Spark 3 Q385. The successor of last year's Canvas Spark 2 surfaced on company's official website few days back. The Canvas Spark 3 Q385 will be available on the e-retailer Snapdeal through flash sale starting from April 7, while the registration starts from April 1st.

Moving on to the specifications, the Canvas Spark 3 Q385 sports a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a Quad-Core processor, clocked at 1.3GHz besides 1GB RAM under the hood.

Talking about the storage, the Canvas Spark 3 comes with 8GB of inbuilt memory, with an expandable option up to 32GB via microSD card slot. This dual SIM device is shipped with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.

Meanwhile, the Canvas Spark 3 Q385 flaunts an 8MP auto-focus camera on the back with LED flash, 5MP front camera on board. On the connectivity options, this device supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, 1.5CC Box 2509 Speakers. The above hardware is powered by a 2500mAh battery.

The Micromax Canvas Spark 3 Q385 comes in Black, Champagne Gold with a price tag of Rs. 4,999. Anyhow, GizBot has jotted down the top 10 rival smartphones, in case if you need an alternative.
