Support for Google Daydream

The new Android Nougat update will bring support for Google's Daydream, the company's own virtual reality tech. So, get ready to immerse yourself in the virtual world. With that being said, OnePlus 3 won't be an ideal device for VR owing to the Full HD display. That, by any means, is not to say that the display on the handset is bad but it's just that a QHD display would serve the purpose better.

Data Saver mode

Data Saver mode

As the name itself suggests, the new data saver mode helps restrict 3G or 4G data usage by the apps running in background thereby, saving a considerate amount of mobile data. With this feature, you can also configure the device to update only when it latches to a Wi-Fi network.

Interactive Notifications

Interactive Notifications

Similar to the rich notifications seen on Apple's iOS 10, the Android 7.0 Nougat update brings support for interactive notifications. What this essentially means is that you can use this feature to quickly reply texts from the notifications itself without having to open the app.
