OnePlus 3T Launched in India: 9 Aspects We Love and Hate About the Smartphone
Here's what we like and dislike about the OnePlus 3T.
With the success of the flagship OnePlus 3 in India, the Chinese manufacturer came forward to launch yet another premium version of the phone called OnePlus 3T.
This new premium smartphone of OnePlus 3 has been launched in two variants with price tags of Rs. 29,999 and Rs. 34,999 respectively. Like the original flagship OnePlus 3, the OnePlus 3T will also be an Amazon exclusive and the sale will start on December 14, 2016.

As it is the upgraded version of the OnePlus 3, there are some significant upgrades that can be seen in this new smartphone from the stable of OnePlus. While we have already seen the differences between the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, today we have come up with a few points that we like and hate about the most recent market entrant.
OnePlus 3T looks stunning
Like the OnePlus 3, the 3T is also made of solid aluminum that gives the smartphone premium looks similar to the other high-end smartphones. There is scratch resistant crystal sapphire glass at the rear of the smartphone. Also, the regular gray color is even darker and classier and the gunmetal gray shade looks impressive.

OnePlus 3T can last longer
This time, OnePlus has managed to use a capacious 3,400mAh battery in the OnePlus 3T. Though there are smartphones with batteries of higher capacities, this one is quite impressive and you can happily use it without worrying about the battery life. Moreover, the Dash Charger feature will juice up the smartphone up to 60% in just 30 minutes.
Good news for selfie buffs
The OnePlus 3T has a good selfie camera of 16MP that does a great job. This camera is a significant feature that distinguishes OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T as the former uses just an 8MP camera at the front.

Its a hardware prowess
The OnePlus 3T employs a Snapdragon 821 processor that makes it more powerful and efficient. In comparison to the OnePlus that uses a Snapdragon 820 processor, this one will be much faster in gaming and it will offer many other additional benefits.
There's ample storage space
When it comes to storage, the OnePlus 3T comes in two variants and one of these variants has 128GB of default storage space. If you like to store a lot of files in your phone, then you need not be bothered about space crunch anymore.
Android Nougat is yet to arrive
Earlier, OnePlus assured to roll out Android 7.1 Nougat update to the OnePlus 3 and 3T smartphones by the end of this year. However, the company hasn't used the latest iteration of Google's mobile OS on its latest smartphone.

Micro SD card slot isn't there
Of course, there is 128 GB of default storage, but it would have been great if the manufacturer incorporated a micro SD card for expandable storage capacity in the smartphone. Its always nice to have a micro SD card slot as it will help in keeping a backup and transferring files better devices.
Water is still an enemy
Unlike the other flagship smartphones that exist in the market, the OnePlus 3T is not water resistant. Despite the fact that waterproofing is still not a priority for a majority of the smartphone users, it is an important aspect that will keep the phone protected from unexpected water damage.
Its more expensive this time
OnePlus smartphones have always been appreciated for packing all the possible high-end specifications and features despite being priced reasonably. However, the OnePlus 3T is expensive with price tags of Rs. 29,999 and Rs. 34,999 respectively.
