The Ringing Bells caught all the attention by launching a smartphone at an unbelievably low price. Dubbed as the Ringing Bells Freedom 251, this smartphone is priced merely for Rs 251, which makes it the cheapest Android smartphone ever. The company could manage this price due to special subsidized programs under PM Narendra Modi's Make In India initiative.

The part to notice is that even at such a low price, Ringing Bells Freedom 251 offers specifications that are standard to a budget smartphone and seem pretty impressive for this device. The phone has a striking resemblance to iPhone 4. In terms of specs, it has 4-inch qHD IPS display, 1.3GHz quad-core chipset, 1GB of RAM, 3.2MP rear camera, dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and more.
