With the Note 7 disappointing several customers, Samsung, now is pushing hard at their next flagship phone- the Galaxy S8 and today a new teaser has been revealed online showing that the smartphone might launch at the MWC 2016. And, there are some other rumors which showed us some of the features of the smartphone.
Here are all the rumors of the upcoming Galaxy S8 till date.
Dual Rear Camera
A new rumor says that the Galaxy S8 will feature a 16MP camera and an 8MP camera on the rear for enhanced brightness shots. The report also claims that the 16MP camera will be called as ‘Light Up' camera and the 8MP camera will be called as ‘Light+' camera.
No Clickable Home Button
Samsung has the knack of stealing Apple's innovations and the Galaxy S8 is said to feature one of the most important and a recent invention of Apple. The Galaxy S8 might not feature a clickable home button, instead, it will have a non-clickable home key same as the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.
Bezel-less Display
Another rumor about the display suggests that the Galaxy S8 will be the first ever Samsung smartphone to feature a bezel-less display. If this happens, the home key might also be embedded on to the display itself.
All-New Design
With Apple planning to release a newly designed smartphone next year, Samsung will also change their flagship smartphone design to compete the Cupertino giant.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 SoC
This one was already expected. A report from Sammobile confirms that the half of the Galaxy S8 smartphones will be powered by the next-generation flagship chip, Snapdragon 830. That being said, we can expect Samsung to pack 6GB of RAM along with the chip.
No Flat Panel Display variant
Nearly a month ago, an official word from one of the Samsung's employee suggested that the company might ditch the flat panel display on the Galaxy S8. This move is because the S7 Edge variant has seen more sales than the flat panel variant of Galaxy S7.
A recent leak from Korea Herald, who are famous for Samsung's internal news said that the vendor is now only manufacturing curved display variants for their Galaxy S8.
4K Displays
According to a report from mydrivers.com, Samsung is reportedly working on a new project called ' Project Dream', which heavily focuses on virtual reality and also their next-gen flagships will feature 4K displays to support the ongoing project.
