Sony India has opened pre-registrations for the Xperia X and Xperia XA smartphones that were showcased at the MWC 2016 held in February. As per an official statement, the X Performance smartphone will not make its way into the country soon.
While pre-registrations are open, these Xperia X series smartphones are believed to be announced officially on May 30.
The design of the Xperia X smartphones goes beyond the limitations of display size. The designers have packed the latest technology in the device while maintaining the compact 5-inch screen.
The premium finish of these phones is complimented by the trendy metallic hues such as Rose Gold, Lime Gold, White, and Graphite Black and seamless metal back.

Xperia X has a stylish hairline finish

Sony Xperia XA with edge-to-edge display is elegant
The Xperia XA features a curved glass display and it has an elegant edge-to-edge display of 5 inches. The mid-range smartphone has quality camera performance with a 13 MP rear snapper with hybrid autofocus as well as super-fast quick launch capturing in less than 0.9 seconds.
The battery in the Xperia XA renders up to two days of backup on a single charge. It features the smart battery management system from Sony and Qnovo adaptive charging as in the Xperia X. It also has the Quick Charge support brought in by Qualcomm.
