This Smartphone is an Exact Copy of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
Bluboo Edge is a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge clone for just Rs. 9,500.
Ever since Samsung introduced the Galaxy S6 Edge and S7 Edge, the smartphone has turned out to be a big success for the company as people seem to be very interested in smartphones that sport curved displays, and minimal bezel on the sides.
On the contrary, the price point has been a hindrance for many. People who are Samsung fans have been reluctant to buy the smartphone considering their budget. Moreover, some devices in the lower price segment already come with a hardware that provides high-end features and good performance today.

However, if you are a genuine fan of the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge but you are unable to or you don't want to spend a lot of money on a smartphone, then you should check out Bluboo Edge.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Clone
The Bluboo Edge is reminiscent of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge's design. The smartphone features curved display on both the left and the right side and in fact looks exactly like the S7 Edge with the minimum bezel design.
The Display
Like the Galaxy S7 Edge, it is protected with Gorilla Glass 4 which is rimmed by 0.8 mm thin bezels. The screen has a 5.5-inch display with IPS OGS panel from Sharp.
The smartphone, however, has only HD screen that is, 1280 x 720 pixels. OGS is the abbreviation for "One Glass Solution" and stands for a thinner design than conventional screens, but also for richer colors and better contrast.
One advantage of the HD resolution compared to QHD or UHD, as with some current flagship devices is the fact that fewer pixels may prolong the runtime. The dual-layer touch panel also supports 5-point multi-touch, allowing up to five fingers to be detected simultaneously. The Bluboo Edge can be operated with wet fingers or with gloves.

Dedicated Home Button
The manufacturer has been inspired by the Galaxy S7 Edge not only in terms of design and display but also in terms of the home button.
Bluboo has chosen a single button navigation and has a built in smart touch sensor fingerprint scanner which has been set for the protection of the smartphone from unauthorized access. The manufacturers have claimed that it has a reaction time of 0.1 seconds.
Under the Hood
The smartphone features a quad-core Mediatek 6737 processor, with a 1.4 GHz quad core CPU and a 600 Mhz dual core Mali-T720 MP2 GPU.
In conjunction with 2 GB of RAM, one can expect no wonders in terms of performance, but nevertheless a decent and satisfying work speed. The 16 GB of internal memory can be expanded with a micro SD card by up to 256 GB.

Price
Bluboo has set the price at $139.99 (approx Rs. 9,500) for its Edge display mobile phone and has even recorded 30,000 pre-orders in the first week as reported by Androidpit.
AS such, Bluboo has delivered a high-quality and innovative smartphone at a very reasonable price. Bluboo may not be one of the best-known China-based smartphone manufacturers, but it sure is one of the most interesting ones.
