This week was indeed a huge week for the Indian smartphone market with lots of mobile launches from low-end to high-end range. To start with, the South Korean handset maker LG has launched its first modular smartphone in India at a price of Rs. 52,990 exclusively on Flipkart.

Sony has launched its Xperia X smartphone in India at the sub 48k price tag. The company has come up with new "X" series of smartphones -- Xperia X, Xperia XA and Xperia XA Ultra with improved configuration in terms of design, camera and battery.

Besides, Micromax subsidiary Yu has launched a Yunicorn smartphone with mid-range specs including fingerprint sensor integrated into the home button.
