Recently, Xiaomi's India head, Manu Kumar Jain, has posted on his official Facebook account saying, "BIGGER is definitely better! Mi Fans - something BIG is coming to blow you away on 30th June. Stay tuned! Any guesses, what?".
Also, on the other side, Hugo Barra, tweeted, " Something BIG is coming to blow you away on 30th June, Indian Mi fans! Stay tuned"

The company seems to be hinting at Mi Max, which was announced last month in China. If the information ends up valid, then the Chinese handset maker will launch Mi Max Phablet in the Indian market on June 30th.
Today we have jotted down the features of the Xiaomi Mi Max phablet.

The Xiaomi Mi Max will sport a 6.44-inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and 72% NTSC color gamut.

In terms of processor, the Mi Max comes in two variants, -- Hexa Core Snapdragon 650 or Octa Core Snapdragon 652 processor. However, we are not sure, which one will be launched in the Indian market.

As indicated by the spec sheet, the Mi Max is more likely to come with 3GB/4GB RAM with 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage. Moreover, the users can expand it up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

This new phablet will be launched with 16MP rear camera with dual tone LED and f/2.0 aperture. On the front, it has 5MP camera with wide angle lens of 85-degree.
