Nowadays, lots of Chinese handset makers including Xiaomi, Lenovo, Huawei are creating a very big impact on the budget and mid-range segment in India. Some smartphones like Redmi Note 3, Lenovo Vibe K4 Note and other smartphones garnered positive review among masses and critics.

Recently, the Chinese handset makers Xiaomi and Lenovo has launched Redmi 3s and Vibe K5 respectively under budget segment. However, the Redmi 3s is expected to be launched in India very soon.

Moreover, the Lenovo Vibe K5 is priced at Rs. 6,999, and will be available exclusively on Amazon.in starting June 22nd.

Talking about the form factor, both the smartphones retain its design from its predecessor. The Lenovo Vibe K5 comes with a blend of plastic and metal. While on the other hand the Redmi 3s is similar to Note 3 with the metal magnesium alloy unibody design.

The Redmi 3s sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Meanwhile, the Lenovo Vibe K5 sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

The Redmi 3s is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with Adreno 505 GPU under the hood. On the other hand, the Lenovo Vibe K5 is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 processor clocked at 1.4GHz along with Adreno 405 GPU under the hood.

Talking about the storage factor, the Vibe K5 is equipped with 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM. Further, the users can expand memory up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

The Redmi 3s comes in two variant in terms of RAM and storage -- 2GB LPDDR3 RAM with 16GB inbuilt storage and 3GB LPDDR3 RAM with 32GB inbuilt storage. Also, it can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD slot.

The so-called Redmi 3s flaunts 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 shares the same specifications with 13MP rear camera with LED Flash capable of recording 1080p videos and on the front, it has 5MP camera for selfies and video conferencing.
