Yu Yutopia: 10 Best And Worst Features Of World's Powerful Smartphone
After much speculations and teasers, Yu Televentures has finally launched its first flagship smartphone, the Yutopia, at an event in New Delhi.
The smartphone is available exclusively on Amazon for Rs. 24,999. The pre-booking for the device has already started and will be selling from 26 December.
Along with the smartphone, the company has also unveiled its foray into software services with the launch of its ambitious project called Around YU, a suite service rolled into one discovery window for the users.
The handset sports a 5.2 inch Sharp WQHD IPS display with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels, which translates to 570ppi. This Smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor along with Qualcomm Adreno 430 GPU, supporting 3D gaming on 4K displays and giving the user up to 30 percent performance increase. On the storage department, Yu Yutopia comes with 4GB DDR3 RAM, 32GB ROM with expandable option under the hood.

On the imaging front, this device comes with 21 megapixel AF camera capable of 4K video recording and Full HD recording. While on the front, it is taken care of 8 megapixl camera that also comes with a Wide FOV 86.

The smartphone is touted as the world's powerful smartphone, featuring a uni-body metal designed with aircraft grade Aluminum body, which is comparatively stronger than other smartphones. The device measures 7.2mm of thickness, which is slimmer than the HTC One M9 (9.6mm) and OnePlus 2 (9.9mm) at this range.

The Yutopia sports a 5.2 inch Sharp WQHD IPS Display, WQHD (Wide screen Quad HD display) translating to a blazing 570ppi. The handset comes with NTSC of 91 percent, which is higher than the iPhone 6 with NTSC of 72 percent. With this, users can get wide color saturation and a more accurate color reproduction.

This powerful Smartphone is indeed powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor with Adreno 430 GPU besides 4GB DDR3 RAM. However, this device is powerful than the Samsung's Galaxy S6 Edge.

The Yu Yutopia also comes employed with fingerprint scanner for security purposes. Users can now wake and unlock the device with one of five stored fingerprints in less than half a second.

On the battery department, the Yu Yutopia is packed with 3000mAh battery with Quick charging technology. But, the battery is not sufficient for the 2K display and it is also non-removable.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 CPU has been seen many heating issues in the smartphones. We have not seen any heating problem while using the device for a while.

The smartphone comes with dual-SIM support, but there is no slot for microSD card. However, it has shared the SIM 2 slot with the MicroSD card. Meaning, you can either use two SIM cards or one SIM card along with microSD card.

Packed with the latest and powerful specifications, the device is priced at Rs. 24,999. Well, at this range, there are lots of smartphones available in the market, but they are high priced. For instance: HTC One M9 if available for Rs. 39,999, Google Nexus 6P for Rs. 42,999, Moto X Style at Rs. 31,999 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge: Rs. 44,990.

The Yu Yutopia is exclusively on Amazon India at a price of Rs. 24,999. The pre-booking for the device has already started and will be on sale starting 26 December.
