Samsung is planning to official unveil the miniature version of Galaxy S3 today at a special press event in Germany as confirmed by JK Shin. Just few hours before the launch specifications of the smartphone have been leaked revealing all the alleged details Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini.
To further explain, soon after the confirmation regarding the launch of the smartphone on October 11, a German blog MobileGeeks posted a leaked photo of the smartphone along with its specifications. It claimed that Galaxy S3 Mini GT-I8190 will have a 4.0 inch Super AMOLED multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display with 800 × 480 pixels, dual core 1GHz processor, 5MP rear camera with LED flash and autofocus, VGA front camera for video calling, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB additional storage.
Further, the report went on stating that the S3 Mini could run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and will come packed with connectivity features including micro USB port, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi a/b/g/n and loaded with a 1,500 mAh Li-ion battery.
Also, the smartphone is rumored to have a price tag of €399 (approx. Rs 27,000).
At the same time a live image (pictured above) of the soon-to-be-unveiled Galaxy S3 Mini has also surfaced on the tech media world recently via GSM Helpdesk.
However, after the official unveiling of the Galaxy S3 Mini, all the details of the smartphone will be confirmed.
