Silently announced last month, it looks like the Motorola made Nexus 6 will be made available in India shortly. As of now only Nexus 9 tablet has been listed on Google Play Store under coming soon tag, but the Nexus 6 smartphone has not been listed at the moment.
What is pretty unusual is the fact that the Nexus 6 smartphone has been sighted on Flipkart. Although, given the fact that the e-commerce site is in partnership with Motorola to sell all its devices in India, it is not as complete surprise, but still, if the company starts selling it on its website, it will be the first time, a third party seller between the manufacturer and Google will be stepping in.
Anyways, the retailer has listed the 32GB variant of the Nexus 6 as "coming soon." Obviously, the specs are same and the company has not revealed the details on the pricing of the device. As far as the availability of the smartphone is concerned, if rumors are to be followed, than its the 12th day of November that we are waiting for.
Google Nexus 6: Key Specification
The Google Nexus 6 made by Motorola this time uses a high-end 5.93-inch AMOLED screen offering an LG G3 like QHD resolution that translates to 2,560x1,440 pixels in numbers, resulting in a pixel density of 493 pixels per inch (PPI).
At the core of the Nexus 6, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.7GHz is constantly delivering power. The quad core CPU is complimented by 3GB of RAM. Obviously, the Nexus 6 runs on the latest Android L v5.0. Google will be offering the device in two variants the 32GB and 64GB model and the device doesn't take in microSD card.
Motorola has decided to use the 13-megapixel f/2.0 rear camera, which is similar in resolution with the Nexus 5. However, you will get the optical image stabilizer this time and a Dual LED flash for clearer photos in low light. At the front, users will get to see 2 megapixel snapper. A 3,220mAh battery should be good for over 24 hours of use from a single charge.
