Scientists in collaboration with Vorbeck Materials Corp. of Jessup, Md. and Ilhan Aksay of Princeton University, US Department of Energy''s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, has come up with a new battery technology, which can recharge equipment ranging form your electric car to cell phone in ten minutes time.
They showed that very less quantities of graphene can drastically enhance the power of
lithium-ion batteries, by sustaining high storage capacity.
This stunning innovation can change the phase of people's life by having powerful batteries, which can store high amount of energy, at the same time which can enable recharging in very less time.
These new batteries with graphene can enable recharging in even less than ten minutes.
