The alleged specifications of the upcoming HTC Butterfly 3 have been leaked online and it reveals a lot of secrets that have been kept under the covers by the Taiwanese phone maker.
Just a couple of a days ago, we saw the unveiling of the HTC One M9+, which looked pretty much like the original HTC One M9, except a few notable changes. Now it's being speculated that HTC will soon announce the Butterfly 3 with powerful specifications under the hood.
According to a new benchmark test on CompuBench, HTC Butterfly 3 will feature a smaller 5.1-inch QHD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor backed by 3GB of RAM, and an Adreno 430 GPU. The benchmark also reveals that it will feature 32GB of on-board storage, a 20MP rear-facing camera and a13MP front-facing camera. The phone is likely to run Google's Android 5.0 Lollipop mobile OS.
HTC is expected to announce its latest Butterfly 3 device in the coming months, and if this leak is to be believed then the company is bound to release the phone in Japan.
