HTC Desire XDS: Dual SIM Version of Desire X Launches Online at Rs 16,089
HTC recently announced the HTC Desire U and within a days interval HTC has launched Desire XDS with the dual SIM in India on e-retailer Saholic. It has finally come to India after its first announcement China last year. The HTC One flagship has taken HTC to another heights but the midrange devices such as XDS and Desire U have a plus points to come up to the most popular list as they are preferred and affordable to many.
Talking about the launch of the XDS on Saholic, the device has same specs to that of Desire X that was launched in India last October. The Desire XDS and X share the same 4.0-inch capacitive touch screen display with the 800 x 480 pixels screen resolution.

Both are powered by 1 GHz Dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) along with HTC's Sense 4. It has a 5MP auto focus rear camera with LED Flash.
Both comes with a 1650 mAh battery and has built-in Beats Audio support like its other devices.
The only basic difference between the two devices is that the XDS features a dual SIM support while the other doesn't.
Talking about the storage, the Desire XDS houses a 4GB internal storage capacity which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD. The processor is supported by a 768MB RAM.
Connectivity options include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / aGPS. The device is powered by 1650 mAh Bbattery as mentioned earlier.
Althought the HTC Desire XDS initially was launched at the price of Rs. 17,499, Saholic now offers the handset at the price of Rs.16,089.
