HTC introduces A 5 inch Android smartphone; Velocity 4G

HTC has always maintained their ‘firsts’ title when in matters related to LTE. The new officially unannounced smart phone from HTC, the Velocity 4G has just stepped pout of the Global Certification Forum. The smart phone is rumored to be really fast if its true the specification yet mentioned about the phone possibly might contain.

The phone is expected to come with some awesome features like

  • A 5 inch screen display with qHD resolution


  • 1.5GHz dual core processor


  • An 8 mega pixel camera in its rear


  • Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS

In addition to all these it is also said to feature LTE radio which will give the user a speedy access to Internet with the device. From the features it’s every thing that would be sufficiently required by a smartphone to become the first selling smartphone.

This assisted along with the LTE cant get any better with current technology in the world.

It is heard that the handset will be distributed in the Australian markets where it will be undertaken and delivered through Telstra. But however, the LTE bands used by the handset are available in some parts of Europe and also Latin America and this can be a window of opportunity. There is no information available about when the gadget will be reaching to India.
