One of the smartphones that has been leaked several times in the past from HTC is the one that is called the M8 Eye. It is said to be the most selfie-centric smartphone from the Taiwanese smartphone maker and will probably launch on October 8th. The company has already released the press invite for the Double Exposure event.

The tech industry has, thus far, seen the leaks pertaining to the same handset before but yet again the smartphone has leaked online touting new details. We already know about the 13MP Duo Camera and a RECamera that will feature in the phone.

The latest, fresh leaks from @Upleaks show the press shots of the upcoming HTC Desire Eye smartphone with 13-megapixel cameras on the front and the back. Both have dual LED flashes next to them.

If the past leaks are of interest to you, it revealed the 13-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture and wide angle lens. Now looks like the Double Exposure hinted at this smartphone might be a new thing altogether.

Specs-wise, the HTCE M8 Eye is said to come with a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 SoC, 2GB RAM, 32GB of Internal storage with expansion slot (up to 128GB) and a 2400mAh removable battery. Further, it would be IPX7 certified.
