A code name was also noticed in the the benchmark results, HTC 09JA10. Further, reportedly the handset is said to come packed with Qualcomm MSM894 Snapdragon 810 chipset with 1.55GHz Octa-core processor. The fastest Cortex-A57 is clocked at 1.9GHz, but still there are lot of rumors that the latest Qualcomm snapdragon processor have some over-heating problems and this made the Geekbench to use the slower Cortex-A53 cores which is clocked at a lower frequency of 1.5GHz.
This upcoming smartphone from HTC runs on Android's latest OS v 5.0.2 (Lollipop) and has a 3GB (2.7GB) of RAM.
From the previous leaks, this phone supposed to have a 5 inch screen with 1920 x 1080p resolution. On the rear side, the UltraPixel camera is replaced with Sony's 20.7MP sensor. The front-facing camera shoots photos with a 13MP resolution.
HTC has already sent out invites for the event in MWC 2015, so this might be the stage to announce the next flagship from HTC.
