The HTC One may be too expensive for many but what about a mini version of One at cheaper price. After months and months of speculation, we could finally expect to see the Taiwanese giant announcing HTC ONE Mini in Germany on August 3.
Multiple reports in the past suggested that HTC might announce a cheaper version of HTC One in the month of July. Now according to TelTarif.de, the HTC One is coming to Germany via O2 network. No information about expected street price is out yet.
Few days ago, Bloomberg reported that HTC One Mini could arrive in August. The sources also shared few details about the device. For instance, the phone will have a 4.3-inch display and less powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon processor inside.
Popular blog Engadget also shared some information about the speculated HTC One Mini earlier this month. In terms of look, the HTC M4 will have a 4.3-inch 720p HD display. The handset is said to have a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, UltraPixel camera, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with added BlinkFeed, 3G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. We could see HTC One Mini in Dual SIM format too.
Samsung, the South Korean giant has already announced the Galaxy S4 Mini. The device was recently revealed on June 20 in London. Galaxy S4 Mini is a downgraded version of monster handset - Samsung Galaxy S4. The handset packs a 4.3-inch qHD display with resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
It comes with a 1.7-GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM (4G LTE) version / 1.5GB of RAM (3G) inside. In the imaging department, you will find an 8MP of rear facing camera with Auto Focus and LED Flash , 1.9MP of front facing camera, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, 8GB of internal storage ( expandable up to 64GB via microSD cards) , Wi-Fi, A-GPS, Bluetooth among other features.
