HTC One X Evitare with dual core processor

HTC seems to be coming up with a successor to its popular HTC One X code named HTC PM63100 with much improved specs. It is also called ‘Evitareul’ which is something similar to the code name of HTC One X which was Evita. This Android powered handset is expected to be powered by a quad core processor.

The screen size of this handset is still not known but comes with a HD (1280 x 720) resolution. As of now the phone is said to feature Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. If the release time of this phone will be subject to any delay, we can even expect an addition of the latest Android Jelly Bean operating system.

HTC PM63100 will be powered by quad-core Tegra 3 CPU of 1.7 GHz clock speed making it faster compared to the 1.5GHz CPU used in its predecessor model. The phone is expected to be launched in US market first with AT&T network. This gives an idea like the phone is designed to use with AT&T’s LTE network. LTE support may be another highlight of this upcoming phone from HTC.

Though not many details of HTC PM63100 are out, we expect much improvised specs over what we saw in the HTC One X. The earlier model came with a zero lag camera app which can be expected in the new phone, as well. We expect the rear end camera to have resolution of 8 megapixels and a front end camera of 1.3 mp and similar to what is there in the HTC One X model. The Beats Audio technology found in the previous version will also be included in the new version. We need to wait for some more time to know about the exact improvisations included in the upcoming HTC model.

There is no hint like when we can expect the release of this HTC handset. There is no word on the pricing information of this successor model of HTC One X, as well. Mobile lovers can expect that HTC will make this latest handset available soon with Android Jelly Bean at a justifiable price as usual. HTC One X is priced at around Rs. 34,000/- for Indian markets and the price tag of its successor will be something beyond that.
