Huawei G6-T00: Budget Variant of P6 Coming Soon With 4.5 Inch Display and Quad Core CPU
Huawei, China's well-known tech vendor, has been planning to announce a new mid-range handset soon. Huawei's last big ticket handset, the Ascend P6, didn't do well as per the latest media reports.
Unfazed by negative reviews, Huawei is keen to launch G6-T00 in its native market sooner than expected. The said phone appears to be a look like of original Ascend P6, which was launched with much fan fare last year.
While the Ascend P6 is still out of reach due to its steep price, the company may come with slightly lower priced replica of original premium phone.

The unconfirmed device will feature a 4.5-inch display having a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor powered by MediaTek chipset, 1GB of RAM, expandable internal memory up to 32GB via a microSD card slot, an 8MP camera shooter on the rear-back, and a front-facing 5MP camera.
Furthermore, the phone will measure 7.5mm in terms of thickness. The budget centric phone is said to be powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Huawei's own Emotion UI on the top of it.
Huawei's hasn't indicated whether the company will announce a phone bearing model no GR-T00 in the near future.
Nevertheless, affordable mid-range Android handsets will never go out of fashion in countries like India and China. Recently, Huawei has launched four new mid-range smartphones in the Indian market. The Ascend G700, G610, Y511 and Y320 will be made via online and physical retail stores. All four phones are priced between Rs. 6,499 and Rs. 17,999.
