Intex Aqua Desire with 8MP Camera, 3G Connectivity Launched at Rs 5,560

Followed by Intex Aqua Eco and Aqua Y3, Indian based handset manufacturer Intex has silently launched another smartphone under the entry level segment. Dubbed as Intex Aqua Desire, it features budget level specification and it is available in the e-commerce site includes Rediff and IndiaTimes Shopping.

Intex Aqua Desire sports a 4.7-inch FWVGA display with display resolution of 854x480 pixels. It is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor along side of 512MB RAM. It carries a dimension of 8.8mm thickness with unknown weight.

Moving on to the storage, it comes with 4GB of internal storage along with an microSD card slot for expansion memory up to 32GB. Moreover, it employs an 8MP auto-focus rear camera with flash, which features HDR, Panoramic shot, voice capture, face detection, 2MP front shooter and juiced by a 1700 mAh battery, promises talk time of 5 to 6 hours.

On the connectivity front, the Aqua Desire features 3G, dual-SIM support, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, FM, 3.5mm audio jack along with sensors like gravity, light and proximity sensors. The phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box along with some pre-loaded gesture support, double-tap to wake, and pop-up video player enhancements as well as apps like ASK ME, Clean Master, Flashlight, Intex fun, Intex market, Intex Play, Intex zone, Opera mini, and OLX.

Coming in Blue, Gray and White variants, it is priced at Rs. 5,560 and available on the e-retail store Rediff and IndiaTimes Shopping.
