As the demand for the budget smartphones is on the rise, the number of companies manufacturing such handsets is steeply increasing. One such company, Intex Technologies based in India is already known for its budget offerings in the country.
Now, it seems like Intex is all set to launch two more smartphones to its already existing lineup. The official Intex website has listed two new smartphones - Aqua SX and Aqua Star.
According to the listing, Aqua SX comes with a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels, 1GHz MediaTek MTK6515 processor, Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread OS, 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, 256MB RAM, 512MB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory with microSD, 2G EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, GPS and a 1,450 mAh battery.
At the same time, the complete spec list of Aqua Star is not available, however, the listing shows that the handset will have a 4 inch display, 3MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera and run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
While there is no information yet on the availability of these smartphones, Aqua SX will be priced at Rs 4,490 and Aqua Star will be priced at Rs 3,990 respectively.
