iPhone 4 Arrives With Smart Features For Smartphone Users
They believe in triggering consumers to buy by emotions rather than on impulse. Apple launched the latest offering, the i-phone 4, a new version from the famous i-phone series. Now let us take a sneak peek into the reviews of the exciting world of the i-phone 4.
The i-Phone 4 was launched as a finished product on June 7, 2010 at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) that was held at Moscone Center, San Francisco and the phone was made available for public buying on June 24, 2010 in the US, UK, France, Germany and Japan.
The i-phone 4 is the fourth generation of the popular i-phone series. According to its reviews, it is a touch screen multimedia Smartphone and the key highlight of this model is the Video calling facility that Apple markets to the outside world in the name of Face Time.
There are many other main features built into i-phone 4 besides video calling. They include an e-book reader. Using this e-reader, you can view periodicals, movies and other such video playback on its large 3.5 inch LED backlit screen, known as the “Retina Display". Other features are a nail biting gaming experience, internet access and fast downloading speeds. The phone runs Apple"s iOS or i-Phone OS, the same OS as deployed in other popular Apple gadgets like the i-Pad and i-Pod Touch.
It features fingerprint controlled navigation and multiple gesture sensitive controls, facilitated by the multi touch display. The biggest difference between the i-Phone 4 and its predecessors is a new body design that incorporates a stainless steel frame which also acts as the device"s antenna. However it is not insulated.
The phone has an Apple A4 processor and has 512 MB of eDRAM which is twice more powerful than the previous version and up to 4 times powerful than the first i-Phone.
It has a 5 Mega Pixel camera that allows high definition video recording and also the phone is equipped to support all the latest mobile communication technologies like Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, and 3G.
The phone is available in both black and white colour options. The i-Phone 4 is now made available in India by Airtel and Aircel. The phone comes in 16 GB and 32 GB variants priced at Rs 34500 and Rs 40990 respectively.
With the arrival of the i-Phone 4 the Smartphone wars have intensified in India.
