Karbonn A25: Top 5 Online Deals On 5 inch Dual SIM Phablet
Bangalore based mobile vendor Karbonn has gained much acclaim for its latest range of Android offerings. Recently, the manufacturer launched a couple of handsets to meet the consumer demand in the Indian mobile space. Out of which, one was 5-inch S series Android smartphone Titanium S2, while at the same time the company also launched another budget phablet - Karbonn A25.
Officially priced at Rs 6,590, Karbonn A25 include decent features like a 5 inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, 1GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, dual SIM support, 5MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, VGA front camera for video calling, 2G, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, micro USB, 512MB RAM, 512MB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory with microSD and a 2,000 mAh battery.
Many would think that why should one go for a budget brand like Karbonn, when already global brands like Samsung are selling their shed down offerings at mid range price. However, at the same time, in a growing trend, budget conscious Indian consumers are now looking at handsets sold by indigenous brands instead of getting one from international players such as Samsung , Sony or LG.
In March, a report by market research firm IDC proved the same, when it said that Micromax was the second biggest smartphone vendor in India's 16-million-unit-strong smartphone market in Q4 2012. And Karbonn, which entered the list for the first time, was fifth.

Adding more facts to the same report, another research agency reported similar findings for the 'phablet' segment , which has phones with a screen size of 5 inches or more. Cyber Media Research said that in the Q4 2012, Micromax and Karbonn were second and third behind Samsung. Over 1 million phablets were sold in this quarter in India. While Samsung had a 20% share in sales, Micromax and Karbonn had over 15% and 8%, respectively.
Well, this definitely proves that Karbonn is one of the desi brands which is giving a touch competition to the global brands and most of the credit can be given to the quality and the after sales service which is being provided by the manufacturer.
Hence, now observing all this data and report if you have also changed your mind, and would not mind in purchasing a Karbonn offering, then you should try the latest Karbonn A25 phablet. The top 5 deals on the handset are listed in the slideshow below. Take a look!
