The latest offering from Karbonn comes with a 5-inch HD IPS OGS display offering a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with a 1GB RAM. The Karbonn Titanium S19 runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) like most of the recent smartphones thata re being launched in India.
