When it comes to affordable yet stylish Android-powered smartphones, it is hard to ignore handsets promoted by Lava International.

The Indian handset manufacturer continues the tradition of bring in an affordable connected phones like the Lava Iris 354e.

Just the other day, GizBot informed you that Lava plans to introduce a sequel to the Iris 405 in India soon.

Now the makers behind soon to be available Iris Pro series have come up with Lava Iris 354e. The device has been listed on Flipkart at a price point of Rs.3,799. Yes, you heard it right.

Currently, the phone is out of stock on the online shopping website. The tech vendor is yet to officially launch the Iris 354e in IndiaTalking about the specifications, generally, the device priced on a lower side often tagged as 'cheap' and incapable of delivering awesome experience.

However, the Iris 354e is an exceptional device with an above average hardware. Since the phone will cost users under Rs.4,000, the deal isn't so bad. Agreed?

The Lava Iris 354e incorporates a 3.5-inch HVGA display having a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. The device is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, coupled with 256MB of RAM and 2GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.

The phone also features a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera without LED Flash. Also, add a VGA quality front-facing camera. The makers have added a 1,400mAH battery fitted inside. Android 4.2 Jelly Bean comes out of the box.

On the downside, the manufacturer skipped 3G connectivity, a disappointment on the part of Lava International.Other highlighted connectivity options include: Dual SIM, 2G EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM Radio and A-GPS.

As mentioned earlier, the phone is yet to be go official in the market. We hope Lava mobiles will soon the device into Indian market.
