Indian smartphone vendor Lava, trying to catch up with the speed of the rival manufacturers like Micromax and Karbonn in the native market is now all geared up to officially release an array of devices.

Apart from Lava Iris Pro 20 which was launched earlier this week, the company also revealed the name of the other three device by posting the devices on its official site but sadly the company didn't post the specifications of any of these devices.

Now one among the three called by the name Iris 406Q has made an appearance on one of the e-commerce sites. The device has in fact been listed on Flipkart which reveals the complete specifications of the smartphone. That doesn't mean that the handset is on sale already, but it is still under the "Coming Soon" category. And it looks like Lava Iris 406Q would be available in Black and White color variants.

According to the online retail site, the Lava Iris 406Q comes with a 4-inch (800 × 480 pixels) touch screen display. It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM, and it runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS, which is upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat) version.

In the imaging segment, there is a 5MP Auto Focus Rear Camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing shooter can also be found.

The internal storage capacity is seated at 4GB of which only 2.25GB is user accessible. But you will also find a microSD card slot in the device which will support up to 32GB additional storage unit.

Connectivity options remain regular with 3G (HSDPA: 21 Mbps) , Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP and GPS. Obviously it is a Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) with Dual Standby handset.

It comes powered by a 1700 mAh battery. The handset will compete with Moto G, Sony Xperia M and other Indian devices coming under the price of Rs. 10,000.
