Lava has launched a new budget segment smartphone under the Iris line up in the Indian market. Codenamed Iris 414, this mobile is shipped with Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. Moreover, this device comes with a price tag of Rs. 4,049 and the availability of the device is still unknown from the authorities.

Lava Iris 414, sports a 4-inch WVGA TFT display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels. It is clocked at 1GHz single-core processor along with 512MB RAM. On the storage, it comes equipped with 4GB of built-in memory, with an expansion slot of up to 32GB via microSD card slot.
Moving on to the imaging factor, it features 3.2MP rear fixed focus camera with LED flash and 0.3MP front camera. This dual SIM smartphone is shipped with Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. Also, this device measures 120x63.4x10.4mm and weighs around 110grams.

On the connectivity, it supports options such as 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. Lava Iris 414 is powered by a 1400mAh battery which according to the official listing is rated to deliver up to 12 hours of talk time and up to 126 hours of standby time on 2G networks.
Coming in Black variant, it supports sensors like Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope sensor inside the hardware.
