Yes, this is a new smartphone which has been spotted on the official Lava website boasting impressive budget features. From the listing it is clear that the handset will boast a 4.3 inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Further, the handset will come powered by a 1GHz dual core processor for seamless multi-tasking and enhanced graphic performance.
