Lava Iris 505 Now Available in India: Top 5 Inch Phablets To Compete Under Rs 10,000 Price Tag
There's never a perfect time to purchase a phablet device, especially if you are on a tight budget. There are tons of interesting options available in the Indian handset market. Some of them really stand out in the crowd; for instance, the Lava Iris 505 is quite an alluring phablet with a 5-inch display having resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. Earlier this week, the smartphone vendor also introduced Lava Iris 506Q at Rs 10,999.
The Lava Iris 505 is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM (expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot). There's a 5-mega pixel rear facing camera with Auto Focus, Panorama shot, Smile Shot and a VGA quality front facing camera for long chat.
The makers have added a 2,000mAh Li Ion battery. Android 4.2 Jelly Bean comes out of the box. The device measures 9.5mm in terms of thickness. This dual SIM supported phablet comes in dark grey color. The Lava Iris 505 can be yours for Rs. 9,499 . Users can upgrade Iris 505 firmware via " Over the air " update.

There's an 8-mega pixel rear facing camera and a 2-mega pixel front facing camera. The device measures 9.9mm in terms of thickness and weighs 186 grams.
