Lava Launches Iris Selfie 50 With 5-inch Display, 5MP Selfie Camera at Rs 7,699

Just a couple of hours ago, Lava's premium arm - Xolo launched its latest wooden frame featuring smartphone and now Lava has launched Iris Selfie 50 in India. As the name suggests, this is the company's latest selfie-focused smartphone after the Iris X5.

The Lava Iris Selfie 50 comes in Black, Blue and White colors and is priced at Rs. 7,699.

Lava Iris Selfie 50: Key Specifications

The Lava Iris Selfie 50 comes with a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) capacitive touchscreen IPS display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat).

The smartphone sports a pretty standard imaging sensors. There is an 8MP rear camera with BSI 2 sensor, 1.4 μm Pixel Size and Dual LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing camera with LED flash. Obviously, this makes the device a pretty selfie-centric device, as the name also suggests.

It houses 8GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

When it comes to connectivity options, the smartphone uses 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG and it is a Dual SIM (Normal SIM + micro SIM) smartphone with dual standby mode.

The Lava Iris Selfie 50 which measures 44.5 x 71.2 x 9.2mm is powered by a 2400 mAh battery.
